Job Description:

• This Registered Nurse position involves providing skilled home health care services to adult and geriatric clients in various settings.
• The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated RN who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to upholding BAYADA's core values of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
