Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care services to adult and geriatric clients in our Person County Visits Office. As a per diem RN, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing assigned duties, and monitoring clients' conditions.

Responsibilities
* Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
* Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
* Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
* Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
* Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
* Case management and coordination
* Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Qualifications
* Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
* Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
