Key Responsibilities
- Providing occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes
- Working collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress

Requirements
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the state of Massachusetts
