Your Role:
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide rehabilitative therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Fall River, Seekonk, Taunton, and surrounding towns. Your duties will include making home visits, performing thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, assessing cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects of performance, developing individualized intervention plans, and educating patients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.
Requirements:
- A current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
