We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to perform home health visits for our office located in Forsyth County. This office services adult and geriatric patients on a per visit basis in homes throughout the territory.

Qualifications:
- Licensing: A current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
- Experience: Prior home care experience preferred, but not required. Minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
