Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. As an OT, you will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to adult and geriatric patients in their homes throughout Stark County.
Your responsibilities will include performing evaluations, treatments, and proper discharge planning for your clients using an outpatient EMR platform. You will also work closely with other home health therapy partners to transition care from home health to outpatient services and educate clients, families, and caregivers on care plans created for your patients.
