About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Riverton, New Jersey. As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be an integral member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
- Participate with nursing in the care plan.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or client representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification in the state of NJ.
- Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
