This part-time opportunity involves performing outpatient visits within Senior Living Communities, focusing on optimizing function and independence for older adults through proactive evidence-based interventions.
The ideal candidate will have one year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist and a current Massachusetts license. Responsibilities include making outpatient visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing care plans, educating clients and staff, and accurately documenting client care management.
