About the Job
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist to perform outpatient home visits for our senior living office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitative care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility and range of motion
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve client function and independence
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for optimal health and safety
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations in electronic medical records
Requirements
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license
- Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records preferred
