BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in West Deptford, New Jersey. As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
Responsibilities for this PT position include making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, implementing integumentary protective interventions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating and instructing clients and family members, and accurately documenting observations and interventions.
The ideal candidate will possess a current NJ Physical Therapist license, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, solid computer skills, and ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
