We are currently recruiting for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in their own homes using your clinical skills and compassionate heart.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility assessments and strength evaluations.
- Continually assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Active and current license to practice as a professional Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of PA.
- Previous home healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
- Able to travel to cases as assigned.
- Calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
