About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Thorndale, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and therapy.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans.
- Develop and implement appropriate interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other rehabilitative activities.
- Educate and instruct patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to patient care management and services provided.
Requirements
- A current PA Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
