About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Brick, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training.
- Educate and instruct clients and their representatives on rehabilitative care and activities.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art touch pad tablets.
Requirements:
- NJ Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Solid computer skills, preferably with electronic medical records (EMR).
