Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Brick, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote healthy living.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided.
Requirements:
- CURRENT NJ PHYSICAL THERAPIST LICENSE REQUIRED.
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT WORK EXPERIENCE AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST.
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY.
- STRONG INTERPERSONAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.
- SOLID COMPUTER SKILLS; PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS (EMR) PREFERRED.
