About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Ellicott City, Maryland. The successful candidate will work with adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis, providing high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to clients in designated territories
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client health and independence
- Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Requirements
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
- Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
