Job Description:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to clients in Luzerne County.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility and strength assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Requirements:
- A current PA Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
