We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in Arcola, Virginia. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will work with adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in territories throughout Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities include making outpatient visits to clients in designated senior living communities, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and community staff on therapy services and activities.
Qualifications
- A current VA Physical Therapist license.
- Outpatient experience a plus but not required.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Dynamic and strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
