Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:
- Make regular visits to clients in their homes to assess their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility and range of motion assessments, to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in Massachusetts.
