Job Responsibilities
- Perform Diagnostic Tests: Assess clients' mobility, range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength, endurance, balance testing, and safety assessments.
- Develop Individualized Care Plans: Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide Integumentary Protective Interventions: Prevent wound formation and promote wound repair using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
- Continually Assess and Revise Care Plans: Ensure the highest quality care for each client.
- Educate and Instruct Clients: Teach clients, family members, or representatives about rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
- Accurately Document Client Care: Utilize state-of-the-art touch pad tablets to document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Qualifications
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Arizona.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
