As a home care Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, testing, education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification in the state of Maryland
- Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, or
- Two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant and satisfactory performance on a proficiency exam conducted by the U.S. Public Health Service
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
- Other activities as requested
