Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to adult and geriatric patients in the Harrisburg Area Visits office.
About the Role:
- Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, tests, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
Requirements:
- CURRENT LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA
- DIPLOMA FROM A TWO-YEAR COLLEGE LEVEL PROGRAM APPROVED BY THE AMERICAN PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSOCIATION
- AT LEAST ONE YEAR'S WORK EXPERIENCE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A QUALIFIED PHYSICAL THERAPIST
