**Job Title:** Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.
As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work with adult and geriatric patients on a per-visit basis, providing treatment, testing, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
**Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being
- Provide treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
**Requirements:
- Have graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Have at least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
