Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies to promote independence and well-being.
- Document all interactions, interventions, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and research findings.
Requirements:
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Arizona.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist - PT.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
