Responsibilities
- Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, tests, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Conduct home visits to assess and treat patients, utilizing skills and knowledge to promote recovery and independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent experience
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
