Job Summary:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Anne Arundel County.
About the Role:
- This is an ongoing, full-time/part-time position with flexible scheduling on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
- You will work closely with clients, providing comprehensive care services and addressing their medical needs.
- Prior home care experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make home visits to clients in designated territories to assess their conditions and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
- Follow up with doctors' orders and properly document observations, interventions, and evaluations, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
