- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including coordination of services and equipment recommendations.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers, empowering them to participate in rehabilitation and promote independent living.
Qualifications:
- An active and current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of New Jersey.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, strong assessment and treatment abilities, and a calm, reassuring presence.
