Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in clients' homes throughout North/Central Baltimore County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in clients' homes throughout North/Central Baltimore County.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patients' unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document all interactions and interventions in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
