Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
This role requires making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Key responsibilities include performing assigned duties, such as administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as comfort care. It is also essential to monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Essential Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania is required.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience is needed.
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not necessary.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are beneficial.
- The ability to travel to cases as assigned is essential.
