About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based speech therapy services to clients in Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes, and Yadkin Counties
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes
- Document all interactions, interventions, and progress in client records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensure as an SLP in North Carolina
- ASHA certification or eligible for certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
