We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Calvert County, Maryland. As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and physician's orders.
• Provide education and instruction to patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to patient care management and services provided.

Requirements:

• A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
• A certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
