BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Make home visits to clients, performing thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluations, physician's orders, and recommended goals.
• Educate patients, family members, or patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations in patient care management and services provided.

Qualifications:

• A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
• Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
