Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
- Continuously assess and revise the speech therapy care plan and participate in the multidisciplinary care plan as appropriate.
- Educate patients, family members, or other patient representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to patient care management and services provided using a touch pad tablet.
