Job Overview
This position involves providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes throughout Calvert County. The ideal candidate will have experience working with speech disorders and be able to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions to clients.
Responsibilities include making home visits, developing treatment plans, continually assessing and revising the care plan, educating patients and family members on rehabilitative care, and accurately documenting patient care management and services provided.
