We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Home Health Therapist. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans for patients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy care plans, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments and revise treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent educational requirements and work experience.
