Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home-based care services in various locations throughout Union, Somerset, and Middlesex Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with adult and geriatric patients to achieve optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Work independently on a per-visit basis, visiting territories in designated areas.
Requirements:
- Current licensure or certification in the state of NJ.
- Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or equivalent experience and proficiency exam.
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
