Job Description:
- As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Physical Therapist, you will use your clinical expertise to treat patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Our Physical Therapists work one-on-one with patients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and continually assessing and revising the care plan as necessary.
