- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for rehabilitation.

- Educate clients and their families on proper exercises, stretches, and techniques to promote long-term recovery and prevention of further injury.

Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A current license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Virginia.
- At least one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a home health setting.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, as recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and their families.
