">Your Responsibilities:
">- Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client health and independence.
- Educate and instruct clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management.
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you must have a current PA Physical Therapist license, graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
