BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem opportunity performing Home Health visits throughout the East Side of Cuyahoga County.
This position involves making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories and providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to individuals requiring medical care at home.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- A current Ohio Physical Therapist license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
