About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Therapist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes throughout Parkesburg and surrounding areas in Chester County.
Your responsibilities will include making home visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, implementing appropriate individualized care plans, and educating clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
To be successful in this role, you will have a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
