Home Health Nursing Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality nursing care to residents in Senior Living Communities.

This role requires a skilled nurse who can work independently, assess clients' needs, and develop personalized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Making regular visits to clients in designated Senior Living Communities, including Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Living Facilities
- Executing medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting any changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Documenting all client interactions and care activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Participating in case management and coordination efforts to achieve optimal client outcomes
Essential Qualifications:
- A valid license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Completion of an accredited and approved nursing program
