About the Position

• This is a per diem opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to make home visits to clients in Roxboro, North Carolina.
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with adult and geriatric patients, and be comfortable navigating diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' communication needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Providing individualized interventions to address clients' speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal client outcomes.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure in North Carolina.
• Prior experience working in home healthcare settings, preferably with adult and geriatric populations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations.
