About the Role
- Provide direct patient care services, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions aimed at promoting independence.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Educate clients and their families on safe mobility techniques, exercise routines, and other interventions aimed at promoting independence.
- Document all interactions, interventions, and outcomes related to client care management and services provided.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Holds current licensure or certification in the state of NJ.
- Graduated from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- A minimum of one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
