We are seeking experienced and skilled Nursing Professionals to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents in Senior Living Communities (Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Living Facilities).
Job Summary
As a Home Health Nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing skilled nursing care to clients in their own homes
- Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders
- Performing client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
