About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to patients in need of hospice services. As a per diem nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, providing care to patients in designated geographic territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making home visits to clients to assess their medical needs and provide personalized care.
- Administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Following up with doctors' orders and ensuring timely execution.
- Performing client assessments as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
