Job Summary
\We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing palliative care to clients in their homes.
\The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience and be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
\Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients \
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures \
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate client care and services \
- Document client information, progress, and any changes in their condition \
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge \\
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ. \
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. \
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required. \
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. \
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. \
- Strong interpersonal skills. \
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. \
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned. \\
