About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide in-home rehabilitation services to clients in Stanly County. As a member of our team, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and educate clients and their families on necessary skills for independent living.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and create tailored care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility and range of motion assessments.
- Develop and implement interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other activities to promote client independence.
- Educate clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and essential skills for safe and independent living.
Requirements
- A current NC Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
