Requirements:
- A valid Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
- At least one year of recent, relevant clinical experience
- Prior home care experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
