The successful candidate will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, monitoring clients' conditions, and reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. To excel in this role, candidates must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts and have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program. A background in home health care is beneficial, but not essential.
