You will collaborate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective defense strategies, conduct research and analyze case facts, and prepare for mediations, depositions, and trials.
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in healthcare litigation
- Strong understanding of clinical and legal terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
