What are the responsibilities and job description for the LIVE-IN HOME HEALTH AIDES(BURLINGTON COUNTY NJ) position at BAYADA Home Health Care?
Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care immediately needs Live-In Caregivers / Home Health Aides to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. The Live-In Caregiver is present in the home and available to assist intermittently throughout a 24-hour period.
We have current job openings for Live-In Caregivers in the following locations:
- Burlington County
- Camden County
- Atlantic County
- Ocean County
- Monmouth County
BAYADA offers Live-Ins / HHAs:
- HHA's are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- HHA's Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

- Weekly pay
- Pay rate $188-$200/day
- Transportation (for all live-in aides only)

Qualifications for Live-In / HHA:
- Minimum one year of work experience as a HHA,
- Successful completion of a 76-hour Home Health Aide training course(HHA Certification in NJ)
- Meet all state requirements for Home Health Aide (state certification, where applicable)

Job Responsibilities for Live-In / HHA:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion/exercises
- Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
- Remain in the home for every 24 hours, as assigned by the clinical manager.
